The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it? 2021年和2020年的区别是希望越来越渺茫。
虚拟+现实，自嘲+反讽，艺术上的喜剧+现实上的悲剧。
今年这版更多的是讲美国的社会现象。不过还是很适合以这部作为自己今年在豆瓣的最后一个标记，来表达自己对于今年的心情：fucking 2021
已经成为另一种类型的常驻贺岁片了。还是一如既往的套路：伪纪录片的模式，浅显直白的讽刺，荒诞卖丑的受访者，一年各类泛美流行事件的回顾。但比起前作，2021后疫情时代下的美国似乎已经更加疯狂，此情此景和《不要抬头》恰巧形成了互文：娱乐至死的个体、撕裂的社会。
去年看了2020去死，片尾说会有下一部的，没想到还真是……今年估计还会有新的。期待今年会更好一些。

我发现了，这片子光看字幕get不到笑点，不够了解欧美文化也get不到笑点，我真应该放弃跟我爸妈一起看这个系列。
