During the US Civil War, Union POWs escape in a balloon and end up stranded on a South Pacific island, inhabited by giant plants and animals. In 1865, during the siege of Richmond, Virginia, the union soldiers POW Captain Harding, Neb and Herbert escape in a balloon during a storm with two confederate prisoners, Sergeant Pencroft and the journalist Spilett. The uncontrollable wind takes the balloon to a mysterious island in the South Pacific in the area of New Zealand. Captain Harding self-proclaims the leader of the group and they look for food; sooner they discover that they are stranded in an island. Further, they are attacked by a giant crab that becomes their first meal. Along the days, they build a shelter and finds that the island is inhabited by giant animals. A couple of days later, they find two castaways on the beach, the aristocratic Lady Mary Fairchild and her sexy niece Elena. Later they find a trunk with weapons and instruments like sextant and shelter with a journal of a man left alone in the island by pirates. When the pirate vessel arrives in the island, they are helped by Captain Nemo of the Nautilus, a submarine that had supposedly sunk in the coast of Mexico eight years ago. 延续了皮克斯原东家苹果公司的思路——新产品的秘诀是换壳。既然黑白色的功夫熊猫那么火，那就再在来一个！配合加拿大的枫叶红，整只红色熊猫，不会有人不喜欢吧？一只干脆面不过瘾，那就满屏干脆面jiong jiong跑。飞檐斗拱，祖先祠堂，道士法术，川菜竹林。标准件似的中国元素一锅拿下，这些只是卖相，无关紧要。关键是要做好故事核心。以女孩不再为了追求家人眼中的完美而违背心愿，最获得独立人格为主线，讲述了13岁小姑娘的成长。就这一点就足以让本片脱离低幼动画的范畴，这也是迪士尼高明或说鸡贼的地方。不过，拿中国妈妈，姥姥三代人来做丑角，虽最后和解，但也有点含沙射影，不太舒服。
暴躁和骚动的青春期，变成了一只小熊猫。接受了自己，和新的自我和解，和家人和解，感觉故事线挺好的。BTW，小熊猫真是太可爱了！
陪娃一起看的，故事还好，制作水准也在线。但是现在来看2000左右的年代虎妈有点过时了。现在的虎妈已经可以做到刚柔并济了。当然娃看了还是有共鸣的，跟之前的美国女孩反映一样大。加一颗星吧。
奉劝那些觉得自己不工作还可以去当鸭的普信男看看这部电影吧，身材颜值谈吐风度得样样兼具，职业门槛太高，还是老老实实搬砖吧

虽然是皮克斯的动画，但整个氛围都是东亚的感觉，啊哈哈，看到她们追星那个小眼神了吗。我很喜欢这种具象化的过程，得知这是祖传的就可以想象得出ming的小熊猫一定很大，只是没想到这！么！大！

大概可以预期要表达什么。但真的话太多且低效……话痨片太看台词的文本质量了，演技氛围都不错但台词太普通了……男主真不错，有尹昉内味儿。

家庭元素满满
小熊猫蛮可爱，福瑞控竟是我自己。用红熊猫形容女孩初潮还蛮简单易懂的。时长很短，观看体验流畅，很套路但不无聊。妈妈的形象非常像刘敏涛。
女主真的很像一位越南裔油管博主，结尾妈妈说“你走得越远，我就越骄傲”恐怕是永远不能relate
构思出彩！故事很可爱，很鼓舞人心。母爱窒息感表达出来了，但未免太含蓄、太柔光了一点。不喜欢片中几乎所有的中国元素，粗糙浮夸市井气😅
