The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it? 印度很神奇，这种反映社会的电影一直在拍，但现实依旧不会变。
“自你开始观看这部电影，据统计，在印度已有8名妇女被强奸”的片尾字幕久久的在眼前留遗……
很多话想说，想了想却不太敢说。有些事情这能这么做，别无他法。电影的价值和勇气值得更高的分数。本身在叙事这块处理的有些拖后腿。
“If I don’t ask, then they can’t say no.”
本子没好好写。故事很有力量，但将所有真相集中在结尾对峙，还只是直白通过讲述，前面拖拉半天，看得人耐心都没了。故弄玄虚使用一些拉近景，升格，很典型的印度片拍法啦，歌舞片可以这样，悬疑片干嘛要这样……
一个装聋作哑的国家，就如同电影里的背景音乐，轻松淹没每一段撕心的哭喊。这就需要一个尖锐的声音，如火炬一般驱散虚假的平静。然后，谁也没有办法再假装看不见。
至少敢说，敢拍，敢面对。希望现实可以越来越好。
立意不错。印度的强奸案多到令人发指。当法律不能保护我们的时候，我们只能自己去伸张正义。心疼女主。7分
公检法系统确实需要更多的女性，希望我们也能早点醒来😢男性总是认为女性会情绪化看待事物这一点拍得真的很真实🤬

最后结尾二十几分钟燃，这么点故事拍两个小时从电影角度真的不行，从立意角度印度is rising up
当你开始看这部电影到现在，已经有8名妇女被强奸……不知道该说些什么，你可以说她是噱头，但她真的有别的办法吗？没有。没有。没有。
被情绪主导还是在所难免 但女性确实是伟大的

近期看过最佳的女性题材电影，竟然是印度拍的
影片的立意很好，就是拍摄手法和《迫在眉梢》太相似了。。。
我只能说，磨磨唧唧，故作悬疑。PS：为什么印度本土电影总是说英文，说几句印度话就要夹杂一句英文，真是让我受不了。
立意甚高，可惜叙事上过于理想、也过于温柔，整体节奏太拖，核心诉求给的太晚，导致情绪推进较为强行，该爆的时候没爆起来。（说句题外话，平庸之恶真的无时不刻不在上演。）
难得看到一部没有歌舞的印度电影。
