很纯爱，我喜欢纯爱电影。
一分给刚在一起的心动，一分给中岛老师帅气的脸，不能更多了。
题材不新但是画面拍的很美，后面看照片回忆的时候确实看哭了，比较满意这样的结局。樱花美也易逝，至少留在回忆里的都是最美好的，以及主演演技再磨磨会呈现地更好一些。
甜度不足，刀子有余，故事俗套，却不够感动
我对日系矫情的耐受度真的超过100%了，电影如果在男主隔着们和女主聊天那里结束，我愿意多给一星。

剧情很老套，但是还是好虐……尤其是雪地里最后一面没有相认。顺便了解了一下早衰症这个病，真的很不可思议。
米娜桑看的时候一定要抱着纸巾盒啊。Kenty演技是可以的，平日电力十足的撩人眼神在这部片里没有一点痕迹。
太难受了，本来以为再没什么能触动比较深层的感情，结果被它一下子激发出来了

这部电影总体来说还是挺不错的，虽然说是韩剧，能看字就行，片长时间还是很好。
看原作的时候就能把剧情猜得八九不离十……特别是疗养院神棍那里（。但是有些细节还是会被打动到，很喜欢第一次探病和后期绫乃姐姐的戏份。恋爱那段蒙太奇也处理得很可爱。作为卧榻难得看自担演这种土土呆呆的角色，珍惜，感谢（。）孩子先生的歌好听。

也许普天之下的爱情故事，总是没什么新意。但是，同样的故事，即使讲一千遍，也依然如此动人。
