The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. 小成本惊喜之作，虽然有些地方很廉价，但至少有这个类型的年轻导演不把观众当傻子了。

这是电影应有的样子之一，这是人类应有的故事之一。
虽然借鉴痕迹很重，但故事完成度还是比较高的，可惜男主表演不太到位，整部戏都木口木面在念台词，氛围也没有慧星来的那一夜好。

还是去年秋天看的了，然后b站也关注了这位导演。小成本电影能拍出如此脑洞实属不容易了，两位演员也是挺不错，据说还被好莱坞买了个翻拍版权，期待一下了
