The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it? bug挺多，凶手悬念揭开挺扫兴，但挺刺激的
影迷的反击。而影迷也没有写出一个好的ending。这部更像是勉强版的惊声尖笑。
在镜头语言上稍微有一点点进步，其余部分，特别是文戏，简直是无聊透顶，而且有几个人是被活活蠢死的。
刚开始还行，看到后来，就觉得这导演的脑子指定是有大病
槽点太多了，但是能够自反还是挺可贵的。
对比隔壁《德锯》，《惊声尖叫》的重启显然诚意满满
一部不管正派还是反派死掉都会令我痛快叫好的欢乐向slasher film
把“惊声尖刺Stab”改成“惊声尖叫Stream”我还会多给一星，毕竟还能拉下脸来拿自己开涮。

揶揄自己的出身和Halloween脱不开关系 但这部重启要比Halloween的重启棒太多了 跟原作的呼应比比皆是 一直在调侃a24 调侃slasher 甚至jump scare的玩法都在调侃（尤其是多次开门/玻璃的那里）但是骨子里写满了对传统Slasher和恐怖片的热爱 虽然这是唯一一部不是由Wes导演的作品 但意外的成为了整个系列里我最喜欢的一部

算是有诚意的续作，台词目的性太强了不喜欢。但也不是流水线烂片，3.5
而忽略了罪犯，最後被反殺。
这个系列做到薪火相传的延续.老演员刷脸增加熟悉感.
平心而论在这个糟烂的恐怖片时代本片的剧本算是非常扎实的了 角色设定和剧情都比较合理 气氛和故事也都有合理的起伏跌宕 把老恐怖惊悚片拍好现在变成了所有人的难题 本就应该属于小成本的类型 完全不能满足现代观众的审美和需求
恐怖感还可以，按照套路开篇，这次拆成了两人了，也算不错
跳跃式惊吓在这种低成本恐怖片里还真是受用，虽低级，却次次中招。反转过于僵硬，剧情过于啰嗦，且反派死于话多非常倒胃口。
还可以，这个系列继续出的话还是会看的，喜欢Sid
