The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. 只要剧情推进合乎逻辑，动作精彩，还要啥自行车？
片名太霸气，但跟李白侠客行的诗中意境完全不沾边。剧情背景还可以，打戏也看得过去，但没必要学绣春刀。尤其是男主这个演员撑不起这个角色，远不如绣春刀里张震演的沈炼。这电影开头的几个画面是真的不错，西北、大漠、刀客、策马、残幡，算是这类武侠片的标准缩影。
是我喜欢的武侠。
剪辑武打流畅，质感真的很喜欢

有不完美的地方，但是至少把该讲的故事给讲好了，比起那些连基本故事都讲不好的片子就强了一大截，整体剧本还行，动作戏很不错，人物塑造也不错，没有明显的缺点，4分肯定有，勉强可以上5分。一个好片子的标准其实并不高深，就是讲好一个故事。
故事整体没啥大问题。
倒也有一些早起武侠片的质感，不过也仅限于此。千人斩这个角色挺不错。

大漠，一个人，一把刀，走江湖！男主像张震！
很喜欢《东邪西毒》，但武侠其实在其中更多是背景主题。没想到导演拍了一部《东》那片沙漠里的江湖故事，仿佛《东邪西毒》外传，满足了我的想象。立足于极现实的江湖故事，夹带一点佛道思想，而打斗也是这些年中国武术圈复原的明代刀法，所以这就值得好评，毕竟导演还是做了功课的。反派杀手怎么看都是致敬《绣春刀》的丁修，但也只是勉强模仿。其实剧组的诚意和理念都能明白，不过可能也是刚起步，有些地方还可以更好。三星半的电影，打四星表示支持。
影片的重点放在了西部环境的质感和偏写实的动作上，所以剧情来说真的就如白水一般无味，而且演员和配音一定程度上破坏了这种质感，撑不起想要达到的效果。
