The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. 站在“现在”的视角，回忆确实是在倒叙，就很妙，用正叙重点就变成了一个人的一生，少了无力感。片尾曲结束后字幕删除了无法成为，再也没有重新打上什么，又是点睛之笔，一下明白了创作者的用意。可惜我们终将会成为大人，其实我们都无法成为大人
