The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. 没有任何意义的电影。虽然题材大胆刻画hiv性少数人群但是并没有表达出如何面对negtive的态度与方式，以pos结尾反而更加害怕。
亲情爱情友情什么都沾点却什么都没有讲好，剧情发展无聊又能预估。唯戳爷和颜值和色调抗住了。

更喜欢贾斯汀·库泽尔的《麦克白》，但是这种极简主义的舞台剧风格也非常迷人，尤其是摄影、美术的艺术造诣让人拍手叫绝，包括那专属于A24电影的诡谲之气。
麦克白的故事，本质上是人的欲望被所谓“预言”无限放大或者说由预言来表现，尔后在宿命论的驱使下去实现自己的欲望，既将自己的生命寄托于命运，却又终日恐惧命运成真，最终走向疯癫。
舞台剧形式重塑《麦克白》，感觉《蜘蛛巢城》之后大可不必。或许是乔尔科恩在寻找自我突破？建筑好似心灵迷宫，人物独白好像迷失在迷宫之中。

戏剧总有一种魔力，会把电影拽入平庸的深渊。科恩找到了表现主义这把钥匙，打开了那扇联通两个世界的门。我看完震撼得只想问：“科恩，兄dei！考虑把莎士比亚都拍一遍嘛？”
居然是科恩兄弟的作品，话说这还是科恩兄弟么？差点没认出Denzel Washington，还以为是Jamie Foxx，科恩嫂倒是依旧抢戏啊，改编莎翁是需要两把刷子的，兄弟合体效果应该会更好。
像《爱你西蒙》一样的清新小品，歌好听，戳爷好帅
