剧情很有意思，但是拍得非常寡淡，除了劳模姐的演技。
拍人物传记不容易，拍这种有争议的家喻户晓的人物传记更难。我个人很喜欢这部电影，毕竟不是身处其中的信徒你无法理解那段历史，抛开事件本身这个故事讲的很顺畅也有重点和起伏，不会让人觉得生硬和流水账模式。再说今年奥斯卡热门女主劳模姐查斯坦，演的太好了让我觉得就是真实的Tammy Faye，尤其是那种气声的傻笑和歪头的沉醉，都被劳模拿捏的死死的。还是有希望今年拿奥斯卡影后的吧。
传教界的张庭林瑞阳，题材值得拍，但没拍好。

劳模姐的演技太棒了完全值得奥斯卡影后。影片本身脚本一般般，没有深挖tammy faye的内心世界，纯靠劳模姐把一个又天真又神棍，又脆弱又顽强的复杂角色演绎出来。
