The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. 童趣而可爱

缘起这个故事好就好在，它为紫霞的执着或者说固执，书写了一个合理的动机，让整个大话西游里的爱恨离愁，更加丰满具象。服化道和包袱和正传是贴的，虽然有距离。吴孟达的戏无可挑剔，其他主演也没有拉胯。而缺点，剧情起承转合还是太硬了
其实已经没啥新鲜感了，但金凯瑞的表演还是值得看的。
虽然很短，意外的不错，网大出品比某些院线电影还良心。首先3分给编剧，确实用心了，整体故事能够自圆其说；紫霞演员难得也出彩，更有一段达叔的告别特写，可惜至尊宝变身大圣的扮相比较出戏。特效作为网大级别尚可，很多场景和台词还原和致敬旧版大话和周星驰其他电影。结局意犹未尽，当年紫霞、至尊宝生离死别的意难平总算平复了一些，冲这点就值得观看！
主题很明晰 但不是那种说教式的说出来 而是通过一场场戏推出来的：齐天大圣只是一个名字 每个人都可以是齐天大圣
自此，大话西游三部曲圆满了。为了致敬达叔，这部电影是免费的。虽然猴子脸上的毛有些少，可是这部剧的诚意足够。
幼儿特供或童心未泯的，我为什么要看呢？因为看了第一部！制作的确不错，但剧情马马虎虎。
剧情也有点拼凑的感觉，虽然有着围绕王者翡翠的争夺战之类明确的主线，但是感觉也就1/2是真的有点剧情感。

续集明显经费充足了不少，中后段大场面不断，视效升级不少。
