The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. 用影像诗歌讲述了骑士五德的故事，画面好于叙事节奏
绿衣骑士的布景，道具，服装，配乐绝了.特别是灯光！那灯打的太美了.
剧情很无聊，也许英国人可能喜欢这种自家的故事。
画面极美，摄影和艺术指导差不多都到天花板了，但叙事对普通观众实在太不友好。无论对原版的高汶与绿骑士的传说是否熟悉，这部电影看起来都是一样的迷惑和疲惫。台词讲得慢，角色动作慢，明明90分钟就足够讲完的故事被拉长到了130分钟，注意力跟着镜头迷失在美轮美奂的森林里。如此古老的文学梗，不加解释和铺垫就直接搬上银幕，真的不行。表演也奇怪，感觉大家各演各的，和整体特别不搭。尤其是坎妹，她真的不适合古装，而且，好久不见，怎么台词发声都不对劲了？

一星半，原来这就是骑士精神，当今社会大部分男的都缺这玩意儿。光影配乐没话说，节奏慢很正常，就是故事略长。

看了影评知道了原故事，才能把影片里各种奇怪的元素对上号，很明显导演逞能改故事但改的无法自圆其说
都说堆砌符号，但是我感觉还行，没有处理好古典故事，因为古典故事也往往意味着幼稚～
看不懂，大段大段的对话，真的跟读长篇宗教小说的感觉一样，太艰涩了。
音乐和镜头都很有吸引力，用影像的语言呈现了值得回味的寓言故事。但另一方面奇幻场景比较保守，没有什么爽点。
