The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. 看导演识风格，一贯的荒诞黑色幽默，一对嘲讽拉满的恩爱夫妻。
人设精美，维瑟米尔风流帅气，tetra美丽迷人又丰满。动作戏相当优秀，近程魔法和剑斗配合的丝般顺滑。维瑟米尔从孩童到完成猎魔人试炼成为猎魔人，到凯尔莫罕毁灭的故事，故事讲得非常顺畅，冲突合理，感情也很到位。特别是和伊利亚娜爱情故事有着遗憾和淡淡的悲伤。
