The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it? 氛围挺轻松的，可以当个下饭剧，BGM选歌真的很符合通讯录的sense了。

那这种剧本和设定不动脑袋拍电影，这可能才是真的傲慢和偏见。

电影不是很长但后三分之一确实让人感觉拖沓。取景和服装都不错，剧情感觉交代的不清不楚：从出发的原因和目的地、为何男二突然就感兴趣想加入、船员弃船前迅速搭建的看起来一切完备小木屋、到男主的伤心过往（我还以为他女友已经死了变成了鬼总是haunt男主导致产生幻觉，结果结尾女友又蹦出来了）。导演功力不够，随便交代一下就期望观众能自行理解、买单。还是《北海鲸梦》好看的多
