虽然猫是卖点，但足足到40分钟后才出现第一只猫，全片也没有多少猫的镜头。有些画面很美，不过暗调的画面更多。总之看着挺累的。
感情细腻，画面温柔，演技在线。在镜头里的父亲不善言辞却内心强大，儿子天才却也困在了生活这道难题中。很感人，是一部好电影。

导演想展现的东西很多很宏大，从而也导致了一定程度上的限制。剪辑有些割裂混乱，但质感十足了，喜欢萤火虫的那一场，短暂又美好，四位演员都贡献了优秀的表演
