很难得看到一部让我喜欢的西部片，老亨利人狠话不多，一心想归隐田园确因心善落了个悲惨结局死在自己救的人手上，老亨利说他不相信救赎，最后感觉他还是救赎了自己
久违的西部电影的味道。没什么比一个把汗水留在地里的干瘪老农更让人觉得窝囊，尤其他还眇着一只眼。但是在西部，每个老男人的过去都可能是传奇。美国电影喜欢拍这种惹不起的主题，源自他开拓时代的尚武延续。
