The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. 《夏目友人帐》多年来无论是TV版还是剧场版，整体风格和中心思想均是如同第一季时的清新治愈、温馨暖心；夏目和他的喵咕森塞、一众人类和怪物朋友、以及养父母滋叔叔塔子阿姨，在电视剧里那个似乎永远存在的夏天里，无忧无虑的生活在这个充盈着暖色调的小镇上。
可是为什么三条都可以化成人形了他老友却还是一团虚无，三条你快丢个什么尸体进你老友的沼泽啊。
两集动漫篇幅的小短篇，对于电影来说，未免过于单薄。
两个小故事的合辑。《石起》部分一直期待小妖怪变强的反转，但还是以夏目式的温馨结束，其实也是对的，因为它本身就是弱小但内心强大。《可疑访客》居然讲三笹，田沼的这个故事其实必然发生，作为有灵力却不能见到妖怪的人，多少会对朋友嫉妒或自卑，安排了一个三笹的故事来映衬，也让田沼终于与唯一能见的鱼塘幻影有更深的接触，这样很好。
一如既往的温柔，看着看着就忍不住感叹，
38度的高温天仿佛置身森林，清凉治愈。猫咪老师真猫化就是我噗噗。
夏目不再是新的作品，而是那种温柔的记忆的唤起和怀念。
