画面很美，剧情有些平庸。几场海战还是挺精彩的。
塑造世界观时元素很多，又是怪兽小岛，又是黑魔法女巫，但基本都当工具人用，没有很融入电影大节奏的感觉。黑人小女孩逆转老白人男的偏见，王室捏造历史霸权，人与自然和谐共存，基本上好莱坞能叠的buff是叠明白了。

哪怕剧情老套，还是喜欢这种巨兽电影，毕竟那个男人不爱大怪物呢？越多越好！

这个立意很赞，but作用其实很浅。没有挖到多痛的点。书是掌权者用来给民众洗脑的工具，吓得我赶紧放下。
网飞的大拼盘电影，第一幕大量铺垫了猎人们的人物性格和人物关系，结果第三幕一个都没利用起来。小女孩强行嘴炮起义太不合理，要是国王和王后利用海兽安排了什么触动民众利益的大阴谋，最后被揭穿遭万民唾弃也就罢了，居然处理得如此低幼。红色巨兽不知道是不是在内涵什么，西方统治阶级妖魔化无害的巨兽来攫取利益，很容易让人联想到一些现实
整体低幼，不过开始的一些画面确实很有深海恐惧症的感觉
