The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. 全片最令人心动的部分，就算两人一起画漫画。
最高！婚外情融合漫画分镜好有巧思！最后结尾爽感十足！唯一的遗憾就是教练这个角色有点木偶人～
高开低走。人物刻画和部分情节设置都是上乘，但关于海兽的展现与跟人类的矛盾点却令人失望地没有铺开，最后仅凭一家之言瓦解帝国精心编织的谎言简直天方夜谭。
最后的结局确实非常棒。不会撕破脸的人得到了漫长岁月惩罚。

原本觉得不够高明，直到最后一刻才回过味来；妙就妙在，谁也不知道妻子的漫画内容是真是假，她为自身营造了最恐怖的神秘感，一如“消失的爱人”，这场精妙的复仇足矣令老公对她一世牵挂。
妻子的复仇。与《消失的爱人》异曲同工，漫画故事既是谜底也是谜面。情感掉进一个陷阱里，往往是无法抽身的。但当清醒过来的时候故事已然就不成立了！
剧情中规中矩 海兽既不帅也不萌 这个高饱和红色只能让我想到小龙虾
技术一流，故事三流。黑人女性小孩，政治性别都正确了。海兽不就是鲸鱼吗？开头还行，后面没劲。
如果是要开启系列，那还有点期待。但如果只是一部，先不论驯龙高手那种程度，电影本身在海兽的表现上就已经较为拘谨了。
漫画现实虚虚实实轻松又神经的反转，还有那么一点点的女性出走。出片尾的塑料爱很点题I'm just playing games I know that's plastic love
开头的戏还很不错，但是小主角进来后受众年龄垂直下降。套着一个很俗套的剧情，靠与对立两方无关的一个人调节积累了几十年的矛盾最后大团圆，无趣。（怪兽很橡胶质感）
居然是喜剧。唉最近为啥都是这种小品。看得非常不得劲。
