The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. 为了获得高尚而纯洁的荣名，恒心与正直可能比才能更为重要。
虽然是200多年前的巴黎，但当时的规则同样适用在当下，不愧是BALZAC的名作

2022年4月20日观看。没读过原著，但这片子拍的还不错。
名著改编保障了剧情。在这种时候看到这样的电影，不得不感慨前人的敏锐与深刻。放下幻想，认真生活。找到自己内在力量。
