The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. 疫情封控真的改变了人的很多心态，好像更能和剧里的人感同身受了。我很喜欢这部音乐剧，从情节设置、视角选取到几支令人印象深刻的歌（包括集体祈祷、女机长自述、酒吧狂欢），好像在看一部用轻松释怀悲伤的轻纪录片一样。在人道主义灾难，只有人道主义能释慰一切。而人道主义从来不是靠嘴上说说。没有人是孤岛，每个人都值得拥有食物、支持和尊重，面对你的一份小小的关怀和善意，未来也许有更伟大的回报和羁绊。911改变了一切，有些东西永久的失去了，但有些东西也被重新发现和评估了。如同疫情一样。最后，希望有生之年能去一趟newfoundland。

剧场版观影顺序：
虽然电影的音效远没有现场表演来的有感染力，但是在镜头语言上得到了弥补…看完emo了一会儿，已经不记得上次进剧场是看了什么剧了😭

挺感动的。在现有体量和形式下做得够好了…（音乐剧本身就很难把内容做得特别深）这个戏本身也像911事件中的甘德一样提供了近乎乌托邦式的美好、友善、温暖。对于戏剧应该如何改编真实事件，和当下产生互动还蛮有启发的。
在英国看过他们的版本的，跟这个气质不同，但是同样有趣
刚看的时候非常感动，演的也好，只是看了一个小时之后，被看字幕累坏了。这种形式还是应该在剧院欣赏
