The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it? 高饱和度的画面、明亮的客厅，给岌岌可危的我的脆弱的生活带来了浓郁的久违的新鲜。没有朝生暮死的放纵，是80年代很有希望的感觉。内向的小哥这里真的表现得很内向，很棒。甘斯布美丽又游刃有余，非常女神。
温柔到死的ost、夜色中的点点灯光、电台、微冷的气味，完全还原了最喜欢的那个年代。

一部很温暖文艺的片子，里面的人都好温柔，哪怕形容一个吃了睡睡了吃的女孩也是说像个婴儿，配乐超级棒！还有法国人没有不爱侯麦的吧？
