让人想起了渡边的《紫阳花》，人物很漫画，结局是亮点。
花了最多笔墨塑造的蜘蛛侠形象到了这一步还是人人喊打，圣母白莲花又当又立，如果没有故事外前代的呵护已经可以肯定会犯下超英最低级也最致命的错误——杀人。前面几作靠铁男，然后依赖神秘客和哈比，这一部又开始依靠梅姨和托比加菲。
