比第一部略差一些，反派杀人跟吃西瓜一样简单随意。

反派比上部亮眼，铃木亮平是唯一看点，他演的这种粗中有细，目无尊长的烂人才是黑社会最大的魅力所在，HK电影亦如是，想想吴镇宇在《古惑仔》里的存在。
剧情很平很套路
还不错 不过情节略微简单 友情提醒 胆小的别看 一开头吓人一跳 总体来说算不错的呢 没什么大明星的情况下拍这样很好了 打个四星支持一下
最后一段剑心和志志雄真实既视感
这结局也是无语了，没有黑帮互杀，没有警察反转，跟第一部差距太大了
总而言之，整体来说差点意思。
比起上一部，剧本差很多，主角演员演技有提升，但却有硬凑戏之勉强
个人觉得比1更好呢，上林的人物刻画得，那个气氛让人喘不过气来
垃圾第二部，简直是愚蠢中的愚蠢，浪费了这么好一个题材
日冈比大上还是差远了，不过松坂这小平头挺精神的。铃木小变态死了，第三部不知道该咋拍了
