The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it? 轻松的小品，既有搞笑也有感动。看的时候总会回想起疫情初期的那些日子。哎，世界什么时候才能恢复正常啊。妈的！都怪那群造病毒的美国鬼子！
剧本很薄弱，剧情也不怎么样，但是我对这里面的角色真的特别有兴趣

法国式的幽默，法国的温情，极具小市民阶级的娱乐，幽默而不失真实，我真的不相信这类疫情电影中国拍不出来，过不了审。说到最根本上就是没这个心！
不得不佩服法国人的浪漫、幽默和娱乐，让烦人的新冠和抗疫变得这样温情和喜感。不同的视角，不同的体会，不同的收获。我们习惯了宏大叙事，其实换成这样的角度，效果更好，因为更贴近个体。微就是伟，小就是大。#童行健谈#
