After a holiday visit with his parents, Mikey is headed to the airport to return to his wife and newborn baby. Except he doesn’t board the plane. Instead he returns to his parents’ loft in lower Manhattan, back to his childhood room that has since been converted to storage. Unsure of his own motivations, he makes up excuses about why he’s staying – his flight is delayed, his flight is cancelled. A day passes, and then another, and he calls home and work to say he can’t return just yet – his parents are getting old, his parents are ill, time is too short. His doting mother is more than happy to enable his procrastination, while his artist father is suspicious. From afar, his confused wife grows increasingly unsettled. Meanwhile Mikey moves back into his room, digging out notebooks and mementos, calling on old friends. 前半制造完窒息焦虑，后面的“解决”未免太轻快了些，无法缓解到我🥹而且“婆婆感谢儿媳妇”和“失业后碰巧发达老友雇你”这种不现实的事情接二连三的……但是人确实任性点好，努力任性，加油😄

编剧可以强行给合租广告片一个好结局，给不了人生。

更像是一部国家宣传片，没有钱养老，可以降低欲望，可以换种方式生活，可以不理睬别人强加给我们的焦虑，只要像鸵鸟一样假装一切都看不见，就可以happy ending了。
故事背景设置的很好 悲伤的人们成为后面妖怪出现的因由 说出“为什么是我”这句话一定很难过 但是活着就要面对 说不定什么时候就可以释怀了 希望每个迷途之人都能有温暖的家 大团圆真的太好了
