The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. 虽然大多数情况下印度电影都比较浮夸，但也确实有很多东西是国产电影里没有的，甚至可能不会有！
如果，你不要太去计较各种开挂的设定和画面，这部电影还是很有看头的：故事线索令人亲近，且叙事节奏不错，双主的设定，反转的铺设，使电影故事的内容既丰富又有层次，加之画面场面恢宏，商业大片的派头……然后就是令人上头的歌舞，而这竟然让我渐渐能够理解并欣赏这种歌舞对于人物情绪情感表达的作用。唯一有点不适应的就是时常达到三小时……
