The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. 都这个年代了，还在用这种方式洗脑呢。。全篇无聊至极，毫无触动，还是民主党老一套，内容零散，并没有一个完整的叙事。。其实也写不出完整的叙事。。因为这种斗争本来就是割裂的
国家机器总有一种绞杀民间思想的欲望，即使是号称最民主的“米国”。

拍得挺生动的，特别是人物做得很有趣。但同样是处理素材繁杂的历史事件，《芝加哥7君子》只是热热闹闹得讲完了一个事儿，并没有拎出一个有力的主题和人物关系，相比之下美剧《切尔诺贝利》还真是技高一筹。
我敬畏历史上每一个敢于反抗和批判的革命者，他们是理想主义者，也是敢于用生命去实现理想的英雄。

反战思潮、嬉皮文化、五月风暴，那是“整个世界都进入了青春期”的六十年代。
片子强调思想理念重于描绘事件，居然还很扣人心弦。Sorkin拍这种题材已经成精了。

the whold world is watching！堪比当年看悲惨世界的 do you hear the people sing！但是，怀揣美国梦的爱国者们，我替你们的理想感到可惜，现实的灯塔国用过去这差不多一年的种种，彻底打脸了。左或者右，这是个永远无解的命题，但我相信，自由民主，始终会是对此有所追求的理想主义者们，心中的向往。
公知笔下的灯塔国🇺🇸可真是老police state了，民主沦为政治工具since forever。
能面对自己，拍出这种题材的影片就已经是一种自由自信让人羡慕
艾伦索金用了一个扎实的剧本来借古讽今，借此片指着懂王鼻子开骂。可惜对于各方立场的标签化处理让整个事件缺乏真实感。过于依靠台词推动也暴露了这位大编剧拙略的导演能力。6.5/10
