Arkham, 1975: Jonathan Davis' father has disappeared. His tracks lead to Germany, to the Swabian-Franconian Forest where he was stationed after the Second World War. brutashell review - 'Filmed in black and white and primarily spoken in German, it is obvious that Die Farbe did not have a huge budget to work with. Effects are minimal and the cast is utterly unknown. I should point out that these are all good things, and work very much in the film's favour. There is no CGI to rely on, no name actors to carry it. Rather, the filmmakers do the unthinkable: they create a genuine atmosphere of unimaginable dread and unspeakable horror, using shadow, suggestion and rare splashes of that Nameless colour in a few select frames. In short, they did a damn good job. Die Farbe is subtle in its mounting horror, nurturing a dark dread deep in your bowels with every shot. All of the best and most stomach-turningly distressing films I’ve ever seen have come out of Germany: M, The Cabinet Of Dr. Caligari, The White Ribbon, and now this one. Leave it to the Germans. We know how to gross you out on the deepest psychological levels.
Lovecraft worshippers and devotees of German Expressionism alike, take heed: seek out and view this film at your earliest possible convenience. It’s a dark, noisome little gem that will squirm into your subconscious and lay its eggs in your sanity. Hey, not everyone gets the honour of being a host organism for the Elder Gods, you know.'
摩登版的刑房/恐怖星球。恐怖片的手法非常好猜，而且真的非常好笑。感觉如果是午夜场和朋友一起去会看的很开心的那种。slasher和VHS B级片的大杂烩，配乐还挺好听！
看creepy老两口杀杀人跳跳舞竟然觉得还蛮温馨，也是受够那些teenage obsessed虐杀和复仇了
摄影师和导演最先领盒饭，因为他俩都没有“性”行为 … 哈！
气质和风格都非常出色，但故事略显薄弱，前后割裂，结尾甚至有些搞笑，食之无味弃之可惜。
女主还蛮好看（可爱）哒；为什么迫害黑白牛牛！！比起血浆，衰老才是最恐怖的。
戒色吧老哥拍的吧，一帮天天涩涩的年轻人被两个没有涩生活的古稀老人轻松玩弄，而在老头终于忍不住涩了一下之后立马心脏病发嗝屁，一定不可以涩涩🌝🌝
前一个小时铺垫拍的好，反而是后40分钟的精华整的真拉胯
我承认A24的视听语言确实牛逼，但是这部《X》几乎没有能让我高潮的戏码，可能过几年就会忘记这部几乎没有故事性的电影了。（2022.4.17豆瓣6.0分）
发力都在海报上，也不准确，，，毕竟还有小电影
挑战到我底线的恐怖片，因为它完美地示范了如何把恐怖片拍的很烂但看起来又没那么烂。另外，连Ti West这种水平的独立恐怖片导演都能沦陷成这个样子，A24的“企业风格”到底能把美国恐怖片搞到多烂不得不说很令人期待。
自从“不止是拍一部毛片，而是要拍一部电影”的RJ死了以后，本片也从一部“值得玩味的电影”滑落到普普通通的血浆虐杀片了，真想恶狠狠地收回所有在前半段给出的赞美阿~
1.女主老熟人了，但是看到她一人分饰两角还是有被惊到！2.看的过程总是害怕老太太突然变脸or大笑，或者是搞贴脸杀之类的，结果竟然都没有……她还跳了一段舞！她还和老头子啪啪啪！她低声下气求欢，对肉体衰老无奈，看到这里我确信这是一部不一般的恐怖片，顿时肃然起敬3.此主题太过现实向，作为恐怖片有点萎
总的还算能看的经典套公式电影，得益于其老派的摄影风格、复古流行乐赏、七十年代与生俱来的影像质感和怀旧潮，以及大伙儿对于“性”的态度！
复古风格浓厚，甚至和当年的血腥B片媲美，这么傻的剧情也真是烂大街，没有丝毫看点，结尾女二跑出门的时候笑死
并不行。A24惯常的质感，剧本是旧瓶装新酒(德州电锯杀人狂)，惊悚点都非常套路(一个接一个送人头)，几处对比都过于直白不高明。
演技:★
三星半，观影体验很好，就打分高一点吧。非常迷影向的恐怖片，虽然有创意不够的嫌疑但是由于表现手法上蛮有质感，也觉得不是粗制滥造的无脑作品。一人分饰两角算是最大的创意，衰老的肉体可能本身就带有恐怖感觉。
前一個小時很好，但當進入黑夜，殺戮開始後，還是難免落入了俗套。"I will not accept a life I do not deserve."
欧美演艺圈是真的顶，吹拉弹唱，身材颜值各项顶格，还要演技，就这条件还要经过筛选才能上。女主角的要求更变态。
老人造型太糟糕了。不过拍得还算很讲究的，最后碾压老妇加一星。
