The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. 后半段到木屋之后的戏太拖了，是为了给女性角色多几个镜头？前面冰原探险的部分又太粗略，景色和人物都表现得比较潦草。是真实故事改编所以算及格吧。
